Q-Pulse Product Management (QPM) will now be known as Ideagen Quality Control. This product name change also includes an update to the look and feel so that it matches the Ideagen style and brand.

1. What are you changing in the product?
Changes to the application include minor user interface changes, such as the logos, colour scheme, and the product name. These changes will be made within the product itself and also on your desktop and toolbars.
2. Why are you changing the name of the product?
We are changing the name of the product to better align with our company's brand identity and make it easier for our customers to recognise our products as being from a trusted provider of regulatory and compliance software.
3. What will be different about the product's user interface?
Our first round of changes will be immediately noticeable, starting with a refreshed colour palette that aligns with the Ideagen brand. The layout and functionality of the application will be largely unchanged, preserving the user experience with which current users are already familiar.

The change in brand and interface will occur in version 7.4 of the product, which is expected at the end of June 2023.
5. Will the changes apply to me if I am an existing customer?
As per the normal renewal process you will have the option to upgrade your system when you renew your contract with QPM. The changes will be included as part of that upgrade.
6. Will my data be affected by the rebrand and style change?
No, your data will not be affected by the rebrand and style change. All your existing data will remain intact and accessible in the new user interface.
7. Will I need to update my existing integrations with the rebrand?
There is no need to worry as all technical links and URLs will continue to work as they do now.
