The following article explains how to check for for updates in the Q-Pulse Fair application. Updates will be required when a new form is deployed.

1. Checking for Form Updates

1. Navigate to Forms Section:

   • Within the application, locate and select the Forms icon. This is typically found in the main menu or toolbar.

2. Initiate Form Update Check:

   • Once in the Forms section, look for an option to update forms. This is represented by a Check for Form Updates button. Click on this button to initiate the update process.

3. Select from Available Forms:

   • After the update check is complete, the newly available forms will be displayed. Navigate through the updated forms and select the ones you wish to use. These forms may include the latest features, templates, or improvements.

4. Confirm Selection:

   • Confirm your selection by clicking on the appropriate buttons or prompts provided by the application. This ensures that the chosen forms are integrated into your Q-Pulse FAIR application.

5. Verify Form Availability:

   • Double-check that the selected forms are now available for use within the Forms section of the Q-Pulse FAIR application. You should see the updated forms listed and ready for your utilisation.
