Authentication
When a user installs and runs QPM Client software for the first time (No Setup Information) they will be required to enter system Authentication (case sensitive) credentials.
From the main Repositories view, click Book icon (top left) selecting QPM Settings:
Select QPM Settings Authentication tab, enter *supplied system Customer ID, User Name and Password clicking OK button to validate entered credentials
*Software administrators can email support.qpm@ideagen.com to request Authentication credentials.
