License and Shared Resources Folder
QPM primary folders are Licensed & Shared Resources Folder (LSRF), Repository part data and user account system folders.
In order to initialise, configure system (LSRF) License & Shared Resources Folder you require elevated site administrator Authentication credentials.
Ideagen create, issue siteadmin.system authentication credentials for LSRF initialisation and integrated SQL database configuration via QPM Shared Resources Administrator (SRA) app.

Please note LSRF folder should not be a sub-folder of repository part folders and full read, write, delete permissions are required.
From the main Repositories view, click Book icon (top left) selecting QPM Settings.
To initialise the system LSRF, click Run As button entering supplied site admin user name and password.
Click [OK] to enter, [OK] to Run As (see Repositories view top right) site administrator.
Click LSRF (License and Shared Resources Folder) tab, click ellipse browse […] button and select LSRF file path to be assigned.
Ensure QPM client has Full read/write access and click Set Default LSRF button on the initial client LSRF assignment only. All subsequent QPM clients can now be set by clicking Use Default LSRF button.
