Installing the desktop client and support files
Who is this article for?
IT Administrators performing an installation.
IT Administrator permissions may be required.
This article outlines the first step of the client deployment process - installing the desktop client and support files.
1. Installing support files
To install support files:
- Open the URL provided to you.
This will be given to you by your assigned Implementation Consultant or Project Coordinator. - Accept the licence agreement.
- Download the support files.
- Open the executable file.
- Accept the licence terms and conditions.
- Click Install.
- Once complete, return to the web page.
Note
You may need to unblock the file before opening it.
2. Installing the desktop client
To install the desktop client:
- Click Install Ideagen Quality Control Pluri Program.
- Follow the prompt to open the application.
The desktop client will now begin to install on your machine.
